A multipurpose services company "Aletia Group" is established in the tourist and real estate market since 1999.
Joining of several kinds of activities is one of the evident advantages for our clients, who wish to buy real estate in the Canary Islands. Why? Simply because there is no need to search and then choose during a long time and with agonizing doubts someone to organize and manage their trip. No need to break their heads for how and where buy tickets, obtain visas and accommodation: we can solve al these problems ourselves!
In 1999 the company successfully started in the island of Tenerife, opening here her first office in of the tourist complexes at the Southern coast.
In 2000 we extended up to three complexes, right here in the island.
Another year later, in 2001, the company opens its representation offices in the mainland of Spain.
Then the branches were opened in the following countries: Austria, Thailand, India (Goa), Croatia.
In 2005 "Aletia Grupp" began to develop one more activity: real estate originally oriented into the European market.
In 2006 Russia and the Union of Independent Countries (UIC) joined to the countries, whose citizens get our services already.
At the moment we co-operate with tourist companies and real estate agencies as much in Russia, as in Europe and Asia.
Among our contributors we have such companies as "CAM" and "la Caixa".
Nowadays the activity of the company is determined as Services.
We do everything so that the client who gets our services as in the tourist sector as in the real estate sector remains satisfied!
